The Adler Trumpf Sport, also known as the Super Trumpf, was a limited series of sporty 2-seaters fitted with a considerable more powerful engine than the regular 1.7 Liter Trumpf. They were sold between 1934 and 1935, either as open 2-seater or as 2-seater cabriolet like this car.
Coachbuilder Dörr & Schreck from Frankfurt, Germany, is best known for making unique bodywork designs but in the 1930s they also made small series of bodywork for the neighboring Adler factory.
