2019 Pre-War to the Museum - Den Haag (NL)

From 1921 till 1926 Josef Winsch created exclusive luxury cars for the rich and powerful under the Joswin banner in Berlin. His cars were based on Mercedes chassis fitted with World War I aircraft engines also made by Mercedes. In this case a 7.2 liter 6-cylinder engine is used, producing 95 horsepower.
The body was made by Szabo & Wechselmann (Szawe) also from Berlin. This coachbuilder and car manufacturer was famous for building extremely luxurious bodies, often designed by artist Ernst Neumann-Neander.
