Ginetta G33 1992
2017 Classic Days Schloss Dyck - Aldenhoven (D)

The Ginetta G33 was to some extent the last traditional model of this small scale British manufacturer. It came as a completely built car (in contrast to some previous kit car models) powered by a 4 Litre Rover V8. This model was presented in 1990 and produced up to 1993 when Ginetta ran into financial problems. Around 90 cars were made.
Ginetta stumbled on mostly with producing kit cars until businessman Lawrence Tomlinson bought the company in 2005 and gave it a whole new lease of life producing competitive racing cars. But the classic Ginetta looks, made famous by the iconic G4 model and still visible in this G33, did not return.
